Virtualbox installation - W2K3 Server R2 Machine (x64)

For testing purposes i need to install VirtualBox on a Windows 2003 64bit
R2 machine - host which already has VMWare server 1.0 installed...
After trying OVFTool to convert from exported .ovf to .vmx sereval errors
occured... So, i decided to install VirtualBox so that i can directly
import .ovf or an .ova archive instead...
Following an older post superuser.com post - windows warning message and a
ticket @ VirtualBox site
can the unsigned driver messages that were shown during the installation
be safely ignored?
